8 Week Booty Builder

This is an 8 week gym based guide containing 3 glute focussed lower body workouts per week, split into 2 phases. The goal is glute hypertrophy (muscle growth) and you will learn how to train your glutes effectively and progressively, as well as receiving nutritional guidance on how and what to eat to support your goal.

Plan Includes

  • Overview document with everything you need to know before starting the program, including gym terminology, how to know which weight to use, nutritional guidance, how to calculate your macros, how to take progress photos & measurements, and more

  • A list of meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks

  • An 8 week workout plan to follow from an app on your phone with easy to follow exercise videos and 3 glute workouts per week

  • 2 follow along mobility videos to do alongside your gym workouts

  • Additional support from me via direct messenger through the app whenever you need it

  • Options to add videos of yourself performing the exercises for me to check your form if you need help

How it works

  • Download the app and fill out the short onboarding questionnaire
  • Wait for me to get in contact with you while I set your account up and put the programme together (I'll be as quick as I can but please allow me up to 24 hours)
  • In the mean time I'll get you to fill out a form to assess your readiness to exercise and you can ask me any questions you have before you start
  • I'll deliver the program straight to your phone, along with a welcome document and some meal ideas
  • You can get going straight away, or pick a later date to start that suits you! Please note that this is an 8 week plan and though you can pick which days you complete the workouts on, you will only have a total of 9 weeks to complete it before it expires
